What Is The BEST Training Schedule?

I really don’t believe there is one best training schedule. No matter how much you think you’ve designed the best system, your body will prove you wrong.

It always figures it out and then you start to go stale so you have to change.

However, the system I have used the longest and seem to get the most results from is to split the body into 39 muscle groups then work 20 each day for 3 days to get through the entire body.

How come the numbers don’t add up? Because I like to work all 9 abdominal muscles and one aerobic exercise each day.

  1. I would like to know which of your PDF books contains the 39 muscle groups, 20 are trained each three
day session. The title name would be appreciated.

  2. Thanks for this post. It would be good to know a few things:

    1. How long do you spend in the gym to get these muscles worked each day?
    2. How many days per week do you go to the gym to do this?
    3. How many times a day to you go to the gym (some go morning AND evening.)

    Thanks!

  3. I think 🤔 it would e more productive and time saving to implement the sessions rather than ask trivial questions in trying to pick someone l’s brain 🧠. That’s a form of ….
