This diet is simplicity itself. It consists of red meat, chicken or fish and papaya or pineapple 2-3 times per day. The secret of this combination is the high enzymatic activity produced by the papaya and the pineapple. This diet is good for one-pound fat loss per day.

  1. Does this diet also include eggs??? Or just the meat or poultry? Been curious about this feedback would be awesome.

  2. You can get papaya enzyme in chewable form, I found it at Target stores for like $4 for a bottle, and it tastes halfway decent. Most big box retailers have it, and the other enzymes as well, for under $6, and they work for me sticking with no carb and the enzymes to keep from getting sour stomach from the meats.
