      Great followers of Vince, help me in my fitness journey

      Vince doesn’t mention about frequency per week for the programs. How does the 3×8, 6×6 and 5×5 differ? I can only assume that the load is higher on the 5×5 & 6×6.
      What nutrition was recommended for these programs
