I’m in the same boat as you, I’m thinking about cosmetic surgery somewhere. I don’t believe it is possible to reduce large hips any other way.
But don’t get too self concious over it because I see lots of large hipped people in relationships. 🙂 goodluck!

i have large hips and butt which am not comfortable with, but friends tells me is o.k with my height. but i want to reduce it what should i do
