Decline Pulley Hug

All beginners are advised to  start with this exercise. It is the only way for a weak person (male or female) to hit the lower-pec line, which will then quickly make itself apparent and improve overall chest appearance.

Lie on a decline bench and grab two low pulley handles (attached to the floor). From a starting position with arms out to your sides, bring them forward until your knuckles touch a few inches above your groin (do not touch thumbs).

Throughout the movement, keep your arms slightly bent and elbows back. Return arms
to starting position and repeat.

Remember that this exercise resembles a hugging motion.
