The Avocado For Bodybuilding

The avocado has long been called the love apple. In olden times, the avocado, besides known for its aphrodisiac qualities, was also thought to be a very important beauty food.

Avocados have 11 vitamins and 14 minerals. Also, they are 50% fat and low in carbohydrates. This makes them a must on a diet in which keeping lean and energetic is the main objective.

This potency building food, combined with a steak or chopped meat, because of its combination of protein and phosphorous has a way of refreshing and producing sudden energy.

Speaking of that sudden energizer, phosphorous, – which is present in meats – it is also present in shellfish and fish, as well.
