One Exercise Per Bodypart

In one of Robert Kennedy’s books, REPS!, Vince Gironda speaks of a one exercise per body part workout, using the major exercises which work the belly of the muscle, for fast size gains. IE: Squats, wide-grip pull ups, incline curls, parallel dips (tris) etc. etc.

Sets are approx. 10 per exercise. Again, only 1 exercise per body part.
