Vince, do I train to maximum each set or should I stop pumping iron when the weights starts to feel heavy? What about cheating exercises?
I have been training for ten years and I still do not know where it’s at! I need your opinion.
Look. Cheating exercises will build some muscle. So will walking upstairs. What you need to know is which method builds maximum muscle.
Every city in the western world has its share of well developed men. For the most part you will see them using strict exercise from. Doesn’t that tell you something? I’ll say it just one more time. If the last rep of the last set isn’t hard, you are not using enough weight or your tempo is too slow.
The most work done in the shortest period of time is the secret of how to build muscle. And for the most part, train with good exercise style.
